Note that the labelling of this product is in Japanese. Essentially you:
- Allow the base coat to fully cure first (this should preferably be sealed, gloss works best)
- Apply the mask and allow it to dry for at least 20 mins
- Apply the paint colour and allow this to dry
- Peel off the mask
