Q. What is the store address?
A. We are located in the heart of Toronto's Chinatown.

Q. What are the store hours?
A. We are open from 12 - 8 pm Monday to Saturday, and 12 - 7 pm on Sunday!*
*Currently operating at reduced capacity and reduced hours due to forced COVID restrictions. Please contact store directly for updated hours.*
Q. Do you accept Phone Order?
A. Sorry, we do NOT accept phone order.
Q. Do you hold do holds?
A. Due to the limited nature of our products we do NOT do holds.
Q. Do you accept Preorder?
A. Sorry, we do NOT accept Preorder at this time.
Q. Is the Price including Tax?
A. The price is NOT including Tax. Tax depends on your location. As for US and international orders - NO Tax, however ALL the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Q. What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
A. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGE . ALL SALES FINAL
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded, unless otherwise arranged. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay a re-shipping fee.
No Returns, Order Cancellations, Exchanges or Refunds.
Q. Is your online inventory accurate?
A. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the goods displayed are available, however we can not 100% guarantee the availability.
Q. Can I order online and pick up my order in store?
A. Due to security reasons, We do NOT allow online order to be picked up In-Store. (Limited Curbside Pick up due to Lockdown as of 1/1/21)
Q. When will you ship my order out?
A. When we receive your order and payment, we will process and send out the order within 1 business day.

A. We will provide you with an update of the status of your order in your order history. Alternatively, an email containing the tracking info will be sent to you as well.

A. Every customer inquiry is important to us, and we strive to have your questions or concerns resolved as promptly as possible. Response time is usually within 24 hrs.
