COVID19 - Delivery Delays Due to Postage Service Disruptions

Dear AnimeXtreme customers,

We would like to take this time to inform everyone that due to postage service disruptions, delivery delays should be expected.  Couriers are expecting Christmas-like volumes as online shopping has become more prominent while the population is self-isolating at home.  Delayed delivery updates should also be expected while couriers are taking extra precaution to ensure important safety measures.  

With that being said, if you had recently placed and order and haven't received your item(s) yet, simply check back later for the most accurate delivery information. 

We apologize for this, and we want you to know that we're doing our best to get orders in the hands of the couriers as soon, and as safely as possible.

Please consider when placing orders: Going forward, all parcels will require collection from your local Canada Post office.  The office address can be found on the mailing notice card left by the driver or through Canada Post tracking online.  If you are not in agreement with these terms and do not possess valid ID, please do not continue with your order. 

As per Canada Post’s recommendation, we will NOT be processing any international orders at this time.
